Kevin graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor’s of Science in Corrosion Engineering. After a few years in the field, Kevin decided he wanted to change industries and pursue his dream of creating a hypoallergenic wound dressing for those with unique skin care needs. Evolving from a science fair project, to the backing of investors, to then commercializing a solution - Kevin founded NelDerm. Since, he has been researching cutting edge technology to invent the perfect alternative to the current wound dressing options.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in the medical device and consumer health product fields. He has developed and managed capital equipment, reusable, disposable and implantable devices. Bill is a named inventor on 70 US and international patents in drug delivery, cardiac ablation, implantable devices and surgical navigation. As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Bounce Innovation Hub, Bill provides companies with strategic, marketing, quality and regulatory guidance.
Rich is a leader in the Accounting and Tax Group at Pease, CPAs. Having worked in finance and operations for accelerated growth companies, Rich understands the diverse goals and objectives needed to help his clients build, scale, develop and eventually exit their business. As a senior manager in the Scaling Finance Solutions – Accounting & Tax Group, he focusses on providing the fractional CFO support needed to achieve success in these emerging markets.
Mike is the Chief Operating Officer of BIOHM Health and holds over 25 years of experience in starting and growing entrepreneurial companies that are commercializing new innovative healthcare products and services. Mike carries a significant knowledge in forming and managing healthcare related partnerships and distribution channels, which assembles him to be the ideal Healthcare Advisor for NelDerm. He is equipped with a strong background in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts. He is also currently a Healthcare Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Bounce Innovation Hub.
Alex began working for NelDerm as an intern during the Covid-19 pandemic, assisting in sales efforts and coordinating shipments. After graduating from Towson University in the Fall of 2020 with a degree in Business Finance, Alex accepted a full-time role as NelDerm's business development manager.
